The Sierra 824 Top-Trak® Mass Flow Meters directly measure the mass flow rate of gases in flow ranges from 0-10 sccm up to 0-50 slpm. The Model 824 is for measurement of air and ALL inert gases & mixtures. The 824 thermal mass flowmeter serves a wide range of inert gas flow applications including process control, flow research, instrument OEMs, gas panels, and cell culture maintenance.
The Sierra Model 824 Mass Flow Meter offers standard 0-5 VDC or 4-20mA output signals. Sierra’s Patented Platinum Sensor design Technology is utilized in the design of the flowmeter. This technology virtually eliminates zero-drift and provides excellent long-term stability. The 824 Mass Flow body is constructed of 10% glass-filled Nylon 6/6, with Viton® "O"-rings and our patented 316 stainless steel sensor. Linear, 0-5 VDC output signal; input power 12-15 VDC. Your choice of inlet/outlet fittings. A male 9 Pin "D" mating connector is provided for input/output signals. Calibrated for flow ranges from 0-10 sccm (0-9 nlpm) to 0-50 slpm (0-46 nlpm) equivalent nitrogen flow; 1.5% Full Scale accuracy; maximum temperature 122°F (50°C); maximum pressure 150 psig (10.3 barg). CE Approved.
