Terms of Sale Policy

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use. When you order products using a Purchase Order your check must show Take 5, Inc. as the payee name. Do not use the website name as the payee name. Our payment terms are Net 10. Late payments accrue penalties at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Returns

You understand and agree that the mass flow meters offered on this site are custom for each order and can not be returned if an error is made on your part with regards to the flow rate, material of construction, pressure capability, or output or input voltages. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us for assistance. If an error is made on our part then we are happy to remedy it immediately.

Expedites

You understand and agree that if you take advantage of an expedite order that you can not change the order to normal delivery to save money if you discover later that you no longer require an expedite. This is because in order to accept your expedite order we put your order in the front of the line and contract with employees to work overtime. Typically they work that night to pull parts, assemble, and do a primary calibration. The meter is then put in burn in and in 48 hours it is calibrated and sent to a final burn in and then run through quality control before it is shipped.
