The Sierra 810C-DR Mass-Trak® Mass Flow Controller with Digital Display includes: A large LCD digital display readout available in your choice of engineering units; Featuring 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, and 4-20 mA output signals; utilizes single ended 24 VDC input power; choice of eight inlet/outlet fittings. Electrical input/output is via a 15 pin "D" mating connector. Calibrated for any flow range from 0-10 sccm up to 50 slpm equivalent nitrogen flow; 1.5% Full Scale accuracy; maximum temperature 122°F (50°C); maximum pressure 150 psig (10.3 barg). Includes fast response integral mass flow control valve. Standard model requires 24 VDC regulated input power; a user selectable 0-5 VDC and 4-20 mA command signal selection is provided.
Sierra’s Patented Platinum Sensor design Technology is utilized in the design of the flow controller. This technology virtually eliminates zero-drift and provides excellent long-term stability. The 810C-DR Mass Flow Controller Massflow body is constructed of 10% glass-filled Nylon 6/6, the integral Flow Control valve is constructed of series 430F and 316 Stainless steel with Viton® "O"-rings and our patented chemically polished 316 stainless steel sensor is featured in the flow controller. CE Approved.

Min Outlet Pressure PSIG	Please enter the minimum Outlet Pressure. Typical ranges are 0 (atomspheric) to 15 PSIG.
FItting Selection	Select the fittings for your meter
Flow Orientation	Enter the Flow Orientation of the meter. The most common is horizontal
Output Signal	Select a 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, or 4-20 mA Linear Output signal
Command Signal	Select a Local Set Point Potentiometer, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, or a 4-20 mA external command signal for your setpoint.
Oxygen Cleaning	Optional Oxygen cleaning for oxygen applications. Quality inspected with UV light.
Power Supply	Select a power supply to deliver 24 VDC from either 110 VAC (Not CE Approved) or 230 VAC with CE Approval and Euro Plug
Connectors and Cables	15 pin D-Connector with descrete cable for use with customer provided power supply.
